Measurements - March 1st

It is the 'end-of-the-month' Sunday so that means it is time to take some new measurements. As much poundage as I've lost and how skinny I look, if I say so myself, I am a little surprised that I have not lost more on the tape. I guess I just look better because everything is getting smaller.

3/01/09
Right Arm below Tricep - 13" (-1")
Chest (arms up) - 47.75" (-2")
Waist (at navel) - 46.5" (-2.5")
Hips - 48" (-2")
Right Thigh - 24.75" (-1")
Right Calf - 18.25" (-.25")
Neck - 18.25" (-1.25")

I would say that is a pretty good reduction for a month's worth of effort. From Feb 2 through Feb 23rd I am down 19 lbs. My official weigh in for this last week will have to wait until Tuesday when I go back to work. Unofficially here at home from last Saturday to yesterday (Saturday) I appear to be down another 5 or 6 lbs.
