Day 25

It was another fine day in raw food land today. It is late so I won't go into the details tonight but I got some good results back from my health screening blood work.

Exercise
I made it my 30 minutes today at 5.1mph, which is a 11.45 minute mile.

Eating
Breakfast/Snack
a banana
sunflower seeds

Lunch
4 apples

Dinner
a raw pot luck
individual ingredients...yeah right
