Day 26




Exercise
I got my 30 minutes of running in this evening to finish out week 8 of my 12 week fitness program at work. Things are still feeling good. Depending how I feel next week I may put the time out further so I can work towards a full 5k distance.

Food
Breakfast
green lemonade

Lunch
green salad from the cafeteria salad bar

Dinner
dehydrated Kale Chips

the food was sparse today as I am out of everything in preparation to spend the rest of the week with the folks recouping from my surgery.
